Money deducted twice, but no gv received.

site is very slow:evil:

tried 3 times but still unable to buy

same thing happened here . order failed money deducted – emailed support with order id .
Let see if they honor the order

2 of my orders failed. Amount deducted, said an error at the end. No GV. I have mailed the support. I just hope they will send me my GV or refund.

Don’t try now… Money deducted, order id not generated… Same with my friend also…

money deducted,no gift card recieved for the 4th one.

dont know how much helpful that is

One order succeeded but second attempt failed after money got deducted from CC. Hopefully I get the money returned.

I would request admin team to contact Giftbig (Quikcilver) to avoid so much failure to get gift vouchers from their site.

Same here, 3 times money got deducted but transaction got failed and no giftcard. They are cheaters.

It seems the offer was terminated. No discount now.

But still they are showing the promotion in their front page….:shock:

Just spoke to customer care, the pending orders for yesterday paid through net banking will take 2-3 business days to further process as they are facing payment gateway issue
