so the payment gate way had issue .
Now the issue is resolved.

Very unprofessional website. Still can’t even log Into account. Then site not even loading. And they just deny any issues. Now reduced discount. I’m going to avoid them. Wasted lot of time.:evil:

Their website and payment gateway is indeed facing severe issues for the last few days, but calling them frauds is not correct. One of my transactions also ended up in a similar situation. See http://www.desidime.com/forums/hot-deals-online….

They have replied to my email saying that they have not received the money and that I should contact my bank. Perhaps you are relatively new to online shopping, but these technical glitches do happen sometimes. Getting the money back is not an issue as I can always initiate a chargeback via my credit card company if they fail to resolve this normally. I suggest you do the same and think twice in the future about slandering. Ask the gift card/voucher buying veterans and they will all confirm that GiftBig had been pretty reliable until recently.

I have placed more than 300 orders on amazon / flipkart / sd / ebay / shopclues and many other sites since last few year, although my title is showing as a deal newbie in DD, i m a part of it from long back. Perhaps you think i m new to online shopping, but for your kind information, i have tried to contact them on FB thrice in 3 days ( they just replied – we are looking into the matter ). I have left them voice messages twice. I have mailed them as well as mine and the payment gateway bank thrice. I tried using chat, but it was not working, was just receiving the messages, that i did. I have contacted them on phone, a lady answered the call and yesterday a gentleman answered a call, they needed my bank statement as a proof, which i sent them the same day, but no action taken. With all due regards to you, I take your advice and will not SLANDER in future, but only, if you can help me and suggest me any alternate media / way, to get the GV, for which i have already paid 3 days back.

Technical glithes never mean that customers should suffer for more than 2 working days, at a max, even when the payment has been deducted ( Even IRCTC is better on this parameter, which faces a hell more traffic).

Perhaps you should be more supportive and guiding towards the junior dimers, than scholding them in the forum and protecting some FRAUD AND CHEAT SITE LIKE GIFTBIG.COM, which is enjoying the money of the customers ( INTREST FREE), and is taking shelter of the reason- payment gateway issue.
