Same here I also ordered 10 cards of 5k each.. Delivered on 1st. The problem is Amex Gift cards are not working on BSNL website currently.. Had a word with their customer care. They said that there is some kindda gateway error and will be fixed by Monday. Is everyone facing similar issues?

The card is Active checked that on Amex website…

I too received it today..transactions failed in oxigen wallet and Food Panda. But card showing active in website.

I am using amex cards on BSNL website since amex gift card promotion…

There seems to be some problem with the Billdesk accepting Amex cards. I’ve already marked a mail to them. Do send and email to their customer care so that this problem can be rectified ASAP…

Guys Kindly confirm if anybody facing similar problem while making Bill payments online Using Amex gift card. As I am not able to use this card online or offline. Card is showing as active on Amex website. Card is not working at HPCL Petrol Pump as well..

they Sent me a Email with link for repayment they first send me an email with a link which asked for Rs. 5050 After complaining they sent another email with a link which asked for Rs. 4550
should i go forward and pay??

long bak they sent me too like this..but i did nt proceeded with it..

That link is from their payment gateway. In the early days, whenever a payment used to fail due to some gltch/tech error, I used to get a similar email, thru which payment could be made for that particular failed order.

Ebay its no longer working. Payment fails, paytm also it has stopped working

If it works at BSNL I’m assuming it’ll work for bill payment @ MTNL Too right

yes it behaves differently in different websites

same gateway which worked in IRCTC is not working in EBAY

in SNAPDEAL also it was not working before now it is working..

I small clarification – if there any fuel surcharge for using the card at HPCL outlets? 10% off on fuel is otherwise an earth-shattering proposition for me.

Is there any customer care contact no? I am unable to register my mobile for translation alerts – just wondering if that is possible.

Just used it today at Big Bazaar worked absolutely fine.
