worst service from them… ordered before 3 weeks and received a tracking number from bluedart, which was invalid . With no replies to my mails, tweets, today called them and luckily, they picked up. he said they have sent it through speed post as there is not service for bluedart in my area, and told me he will send the tracking number by tonight by mail… i told this to the guy in bluedart local office, he was laughing

I never got the card.They gave wrong tracking number of Bluedart on 27th Oct.After a week when I called them on 6th November they gave reason “Bluedart dont have service in your area” so we have now shipped through Indian speed post and if it dont reach you by 12th nov we will refund the amount.I asked several times to give tracking number but again they gave akward reasons.
SInce 12th Nov they are now ignoring my calls and even not responding on live chat support.
Mr Irfan is the person who deals with American express and is now ignoring my calls.

I had no option left but to lodge the paid complaint with Akosha.Hopefully they will recover my money and if needed I will drag them to consumer court and teach them a lesson.

same thing is happening with… bluedart is not servicable in my area and shipped through speed post and they have not given a tracking number till now… just no called, they said, shipped through speedpost yesterday only… and said tracking numbers will be given today ( samething told to me for the last one week)… worst service… will not buy next time, even if they give 15 %
