Mi headphone has only 2 packing chinese and international. What u have received on ebay is Very good Quality Fakes. i also bought one fake which sounds very good from gearbeast, but gearbeast dosn’t claim it to be original. whole internet is full of fake mi3 headphone so try to buy from official partner.

on ebay non of the seller except allphonelocks(priced rs 1600)claimed to be original when i told them before buying that i will get it checked at xiaomi service center.

I was also cheated by same guy I had mailed him three times to ensure if its genuine still he dared sent me a fake now sound coming from only an earphone …. I have decided to not let him off easily

I also bought from him and earlier also many cases and car scanner their team really halped me every time
I think this time all Chinese sellers have sent different product to Indian sellers only flipkart has different packing

So we really can’t blame this seller we buy blindly from flipkart and say wrong to small sellers which is not right have to think from seller point of view also headphones which I got is working perfectly so I have no complaints

It’s best to avoid eBay when looking for genuine products. EBay has both genuine and duplicate product listings which is weird and confusing. One should only go ahead if they have good experience with a particular seller and can be trusted

Just got my Mi In-the-ear Headset for Rs. 339 ( becoz of Rs. 40 (299+40) for shipping ). Brought it on Sunday morning 2 am and got it delivered on Sunday 2:30 pm i.e. in 12 hours without even paying for 1 day delivery. Thanks flipkart!

It doesnt sound well even after hours of burning it in and the wire itself is so flimsy and gets sticky in heat, overall build quality is horrible. Packaging was barely like the xiaomi piston packaging that ive seen in many unboxing videos

are you talking about the original or the duplicate one you bought from aliexpress?

Lolz why newbies only have so many problems with this one, While all the seniors has given it a good rating? It feels fishy sometimes. I am also using it and absolutely its more than value for money. For me its awesome.

better stop discussing chinese scraps here….we have time to do other work also right

in general all items that we buy from any sites or offline shops nothing is original now a days all are fake oem copies so better stop blaming sellers….the are also helpless

are you talking about the original or the duplicate one you bought from aliexpress?

Just received. Sounds ‘just’ OK.
Let me burn-in for 1 hr and see.

I got mine couple of days back from FlipKart for 1k. Thinking whether to use them or return them back to FK as the feedback is mixed. Also i do not listen to much music on the phone, mostly for calls and conferences, for which even my Philips does a good job.I only opened the white box to have a look inside, the headphone are still neatly packed in the black box with plastic cover on top.

Also if i have to return what should i mention for reason for return.

just mention you are not satisfied with the sound produced

when i returned skullcandy, i just mentioned that, next day they arranged for pickup and was refunded the same day,

just don’t pack the package, leave it as it is

If you buy things you don’t need, soon you will have to sell things you need.

is there a way i can return my current moto g and buy the 2nd gen moto g insted

what reason am i supposed to get a return as the phone is working completely fine

you can return it withing 30 days of purchase, you can request for return, give them reason like you are not happy with the purchase

just don’t pack it like original package keep it as it is, they will check it and take it back

return is not possible only during these following cases

he will check it while collecting only, once he takes it back to the sorting facility , your amount will be refunded

The first thing you will notice is they come in white box which are the new IF Commemorative Edition

I burned the pistons for about 15 hours now, i noticed considerable amount of improvement in sound.
But i think they still require few more hours of burn in.
One more thing you will notice about them is how light weight and well built they are
They have pretty good cable which should last long.
The best thing i liked about piston is their soundstage, amazing for their price range and crisp and no distortation what so ever, i could hear every instruments each and every words clearly, separation between vocals and instruments is good, As far as bass is concerned they have controlled bass, which is enough for most listeners ,the sound is very crisp and also they have good depth in them.

When i plugged them into my good old nokia n91 and listened to limp bizkit and coldpay i was blown away by the amount of detail they have, there was no distortation even at full volume and sound was very crisp
If you listen to vocals you will love the level of detail and clarity from these earphones
They are also very comfortable i listened to them for 4 hours straight wihtout having any ear fatigue or any discomfort.
Pistons are capable of matching the sound quality of earphones which are more expensive then them.

Skullcandy s2ttdy033 are bass heavy (skull shaking bass),if you are bass head you will love them.
When compared to pistons they have more bass,but they lack in soundstage and details.
Bass overpowers other aspects.
When i plugged them to nokia n91, my skull stared to shake at full volume had to reduce the voume
Also you will notice that they are quite heavy and can cause discomfort for long duration listening
Skullcandy cables are delicate and should be handled with care

(i will try to mod the pistons this weekend and update about their sound quality )

Conclusion:
if you value crisp and clear music go for pistons

If you like bass and can compromise in vocals, clarity go for skullcandy s2ttdy033

Just modded piston a while ago, bass got punchier and trebles got much more clearer
it was worth modding
