Amazon Not allowing advance electricity bill payment

Amazon now doesn't allow to pay advance electricity bill payment. Earlier, it was allowed and rupay 20% offer was maximum utilized.

Even security deposit which is separately mentioned in the bill is not captured by any of the online merchants

In my case it is showing old bill amount that i already paid from apay. And not allowing me to reduce amount.
