Recently RBI announced that Banks must allow customers to change billing cycle of credit cards at least once.

I have credit card from many banks where after card issue, I was able to change the billing cycle. 3 banks that did not allow me to change were AU, Standard Chartered and IndusInd. So after I got to know about the RBI notification, I contacted IndusInd and AU and they changed my billing cycle. With Standard Chartered, I have not yet tried but their website still says it cannot be changed (https://www.sc.com/in/help/creditcard/pa...t/)

Anyone has any experience changing billing cycle in Standard Chartered?
