bro the case i raise is 200% true. my wife received courier. she told that the delivery boy was in a hurry given and ran. so i suspect the delivery boy would have done this. i use to buy and give in market for a small margin and cc points.

it allows and im doing it since two years.

This is serious issue , Trust me Amazon will never let go the Culprit whoever the person is !!

The other day amazon sent Investigation Team to @chandanpavecha ’s home and the product cost was under 25K.

Please check my post regarding an empty packet received from amazon without a mobile phone in it.
I have given out the details on my post as to what steps I have taken to overcome the situation.
In my case also the courier guy was in hurry and he dint ask me to sign for the delivery. Please be extremely careful with amazon since I have also received pm from other dimer asking for help on similar issues.
Please remember amazon is aware who have done this. They may not tell you but they have a powerful source to find out who the culprit is.
My case is resolved long ago but this may not be the case with everyone.

apart from the on ground teams (physical checks or investigations)

She got refund and do not panic it takes time, Its not about a Rs200 product that amazon will give instant refund.
