INDIATIMES WORST SHOPPING DESTINATION.

INDIATIMES ATE ALL INDIAN’S MONEY HOW COULD BAN THIS SITE?

they also canceled my order after 21 days of booking. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

How long will they take to process refunds? Any IDEA?

They have not updated my order status [Order:30000028296] dated 20/12/11 even now. Even they are not replying mails.

Guys, I had placed 3 orders for gift vouchers using Rs 250 off coupon and received all three of them.

The funny part is that I had ordered 2 BB GVs and 1 Fabindia GV, however, for some unknown reason they have sent 3 BB GVs. Of course, I am not complaining and don’t have the patience to run after them for replacement.

I strongly believe that many users who had their orders honored like me didn’t bother to report here.

I would recommend users who have not received their orders to log a case in the order page. It really helped in my case as they called me within 1-2 days to inquire whether I have received the product or not.

I have mixed feelings for indiatimes ! Got 7 BB GV500 from them within 10 days of placing my order..
3 orders were cancelled, 2 refund pending… Recently i have ordered a printer and a cellphone using Rs.500 off coupon
Hope they deliver it within the mentioned time

indiatimes isnt in my good books , and of course neither in any else’s ,
but the Rs 500 off offer was irresistible !

ordered a Buffalo DVD writer http://www.shopping.indiatimes.com/computers/ex… and it costed just Rs 1000 .

and they say my order has been Verified and is ready to be shipped within the next 3 or 4 working days .
and then 3 or 4 more working days for delivery ..
so it should take about a week to reach me .

checked up today to see the status of my order and to my surprise , it simply mentioned — CANCELLED .!

called up the CC and asked what the f@@k is this stupidity of cancelling the order after verifying it .?
" sorry sir , the stocks are over " , was the irritating and lame reply back from the moron over the phone .
warned him to refund my money as soon as possible and slammed down the phone …

checked back at the website and the product is still there , but now at just about i think a Rs100 more .. !

what kind of non sense business practice is this …. !

( there’s bug in the website . on clicking save reply , it showed me the message " Page temporarily unavailable " , when in fact the comment does gets posted at the back end . how ?
well , i try 5 times but the same message appears .but i logged in this morning to this thread and see my comment posted 5 times !!
