Is indiatimes shopping website good / safe for purchase

I can summarize my experience in one word “Unpredictable”

BOUGHT LAPTOP ON 21ST FEBRUARY STILL NOT DELIVERED, THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER AND IP ADDRESS AND FOR FEW WEEKS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE,
so it seems this scam they are running last two month is to show turnover and get better credit limit from bank. They have no inventory , theyy are booking sales and will refund in next financial year .So this years sales will get inflated.

you need to be patient while shopping with indiatimes. so far i have made 3 big transactions with indiatimes. i received 2 orders out of 3 and saved over 12000/- so far. the thing is they take order on behalf of company. if u r lucky and company itself is having product then you will receive product in no time but if they dont have product then either u have to wait or ask for refund. i place order for whirlpool 360 washing machine and 360 ltr fridge. washing machine got delivered in 10 days whereas fridge took 50 days as it was not even there in company itself. i kept waited and got it eventually. so its mixed experience. but its worth waiting.
