Mobikwik recharge of 4000 Rs pending!

I was trying to recharge my Tata Sky DTH account with Rs. 1000. However, after entering the data in the transaction page, the mobikwik page showed the transaction as failed. I thought since the transaction failed, the amount wasn’t debited from my account. So I tried again, 3 more times to be exact.

And then I checked my balance only to find Rs. 4000 deducted from my account! Also I failed to note down the transaction ID. Please please help me out with this. What should I do now? I’ve already filled up the complaint form on their website.

They will issue a refund in 7-21 days

Thanks bro. But what about the transaction ID’s. I don’t have those.

Also, have you ever place a request for refund with Mobikwik? What were the results?

I had same problem.. Raised a ticket! Refund initiated… No problems here. Don’t use debit card for the payment…wahi panga ho jata hai

I bought Rs.1000 credits on 10% off on this site to recharge my sun HD DTH and I was never able to recharge DTH on this website.I never used this site again.

Because they said so and i can see the credit transaction now from mobikwik!
I got the same problem using debit card only, so i just guessed
You will get refund…nothing else is gonna happen
