I received gio sim and yet to be activation customercare says that some internal problem.call again later

Sim ready for tele verification the next day around 12 PM, and then later when I tried to tele-verify their systems had some issue, so could tele verify only late night.

Nothing else, just completed tele verification and got SMS saying open offer is activated.

Not ALL digital express stores giving SIMs openly. Only stores those received official communication from jio providing SIMs openly. The catch here is offer is available for any 4g device ‘ANY’. They themselves generate the required code for you if phone is other than samsung or LG. Only stores those are given the option to generate codes are giving SIMs to everybody. Also 1 person can buy only 5 jio SIMs in his/her lifetime (as told by official)

Offer will remain intact even if you put you SIM in any other device. I tried in other phones many times when my SIM was locked. It will not work but it will work when u input SIM in lyf. So using SIM in other phone will NOT void your preview offer.

but many cust said it end their preview offer because of voilating T & C
