Recently I have has purchased Redmi prime in it there was a defect its camera quality is not good and heats very much i complaint to customer they said i will recevie a call from tech. department . I recevie a call i tell them about the problem they siad to install smart app check after checking they said everything i working fine but it is not true i compare from other phone there was a difference in clearity (5mp camera much clear then redmi camera it has 8mp ) . I had compaint many times but every time they said same . NOW WHAT SHOULD ID DO PLEASE HELP . ADVISE ME.

They do not replace the second time, don’t know about your case, but they cannot deny the return within 30 days, you should insist on refund again while taking to cc
you must tlk to cc n write on twitter etc
when did you buy the mobile.. I think you should keep a return request again. this time , u take same photo from ur mobile and other mobile and show that to them . only then they will come to know the problem. ask the caller how to send the comparison of images , they might guide u accordingly
