Maniac store is now looking like another Timtara. Please don’t buy anything from them. These days they are offering the best prices on some products but it is to cheat the customers by sending the damaged products.
I made an order with them on 11th july and shipped on 14th. I immediately found the product as damaged and sent an email to their customer care. Got the prompt reply in hours asking me to send the picture of the damaged products. I immediately responded with the snaps and then responded to me accepting the problem and asking me to “kindly be rest assured”{I should have understood the meaning properly here as ignore it..:-{ } Waited for week for the updated, no reply, then I sent a reminder to them. still no reply till date.
So Thought of sharing this experience as I have seen some of the FPDs from this site in the recent past. I think they slowly started the cheap trick now and following Timtara. I doubt if this is related to Timtara.
I know this is not the correct forum to post this review. But this is the one forum which will be most viewed on DD. Can we ban Maniacstore just like Timtara? Not saying only on the basis of one purchase, I thought about the way their CC is responding to the customer in case of damaged products. Why should we take risk with this kind of store?? and also don’t want to trouble anyone by sharing such deals here

Same with indiatimes…i bought a clock frm them b4 6 months,i received It damaged
I sent them a mail, they created a case id, the i had to join Ship and kept On mailing whenever i gt a chance and did not mail them for the last 2 months and they forgot it….when i mailed them on july 20th to ask abt this, they said they have opened a case id and also said the earlier one was closed. Now after after 10 days i am still waiting for their reply….
I am having similar problem with Shopclues, indiatimes and allschoolstuff.
shopclues send me damaged vlcc cream and as i send it to shipper it came back to me sighting no such address exist.no reply to my complain and email yet.i stopped shopping from them.
Indiatimes shipped me 3 chocolate in a 6 chocolate pack and denied to accept it back sighting reason that food product cannot be returned back.i stopped shopping from them.
Allschoolstuff send me both shoes of same foot in my order of kid school shoes.almost three months i am still waiting for promised reverse pickup.

Thanks venkat for sharing your experience here. I’ve always restricted myself from shopping from them after testing how their cc responds to our queries when I called them the first time. Guess what happened. They didn’t answer my calls and I resolved not to shop from them at any time. 
Hope this thread teaches a good lesson to our friends here. 
i got 2 products a year ago from timtara and 2 products amount refund in 6 months, always getting good products from indiatimes, always getting products from shopclues but everytime they are very cheap in quality, not shop yet manicstore, schoolstuff.
thanks for the info ,i would never buy from them as one unsatisfied customer means that could be me next time.
i am not saying one should not buy from them again but only when they give the best resolution possible to the customer .
you should also post ur case id or order id here and email them the link of this so they know that they are gaining negative publicity and may resolve your issue soon .it has helped few people who posted on such forums and sent links to such sites and got their issues resolved.

Even I had a bitter experience with ShopClues. I ordered for a deodorant combo but only received one deodorant.
ShopClues didn’t answer to my complaints. They said seller has shipped the right quantity

Even after 3 days of sharing this link, I didn’t get any response from them. Thats the reason I am requesting admins to ban this store from DD. Will it make sense now?

Not sure if they have improved recently but its always risk to buy from this kind of stores
