Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini + 2GB Memory Chip + Screen Protector

I am an X10 user for a year now, but recently am facing an issue with the battery.Well the phone’s temperature rises up to 50 degrees celcius, which is burning hot.This ofcourse kills the battery in 2-3 hours from 100% to 0.
My usage is as follows:
- Bluetooth on
- Wifi, GPS, 3g off (occasionally turned on)
- Apps killed, just a few are running in the background (where i make sure that the memory has 100MB min free)
- Screen timeout 30 sec

I cannot find the reason y the phone heats up like that.Anyone facing the same problem or has a solution for that?
