well at that budget, your best bet would be an olympus vg110. Its a great beginners cam and the best part is, it comes with lion batts. Post here if you want me to post links for you

I own a VG110 and I’m satisfied…:-} I have used fujifilm AX300 too, for the price it was good too… If you need I can provide u with sample pics of VG110.
