That is so typical of ICICI offers. At times, I have been both a victim as well as a beneficiary of its changing T&Cs.
PS: You can always have 1 FPD by posting this offer in Hot Deals and mentioning that previous FPD was valid till 31st and then questioning DD’s ethics in D&D as to why this post was ignored as this is a new offer.
