In the directory where you ran the command ! (should be your Username/ Directory

To use unsigned themes (themes that are not signed from Xiaomi Themestore !) you would need to switch from Global WCDMA ROM to a China WDCDMA ROM. Or you can simply install a Developer version ROM to manually install .mtz theme file . Manually loading themes is not possible in global ROM’s due to copyright issues.

Already saw in FB group. Great devs n good progress from last week as call was not working last week.
I’m waiting for sensors to get fixed

I know true dual boot is possible MIUI + CM but can I get it without loss of data? This is my dad’s phone so don’t want to mess up with datas

You can take a CWM backup, if available or use Titanium backup befor flashing anything

It will be permanent . They had to open a dedicated forum for it due to heavy pressure from Renowned XDA members ! It is there to stay ! See how it gets flooded with users !!! It has an ever growing user base. Especially in Europe their is crazy excitement about the device ! And if you get development from countries like Poland , Sweden , Denmark , Hungary , france this device would have awesome developer base !

Anyone here who is able to successfully able to order the phone but ##@@** flipkart always makes excuses and cancel you order without any genuine reason ??

kindly suggest how to secure this phone as anti theft (there is looming threat to my mobile as it is only one in entire wing:-P )

Any app for security/app lock/galary lock

First step is either Activate Android Device Manager or Cerberus Permanently. Cerberus if activated gives a lot more number of options in case of theft (as we are seeing rising number of cases). If you don’t have Cerberus please activate Android Device Manager . To Actiavte go to Settings > Security > Device Administrators > Check on Android Device Manager or Cerberus (if you have it ! ).

app locking is inbuilt in MIUI . You don’t need to use any apps. To Lock Apps got to :-
Settings > Security > Privacy Protection > Lock Apps . Now add apps to be locked.

android Device Manager app must be already installed on the device .

Wait till phone gets completely dead or when red light blinks charge it

how to charge : switching off device then charging or otherwise

My order has been Cancelled 2 &^$^ times…
