Bought a case for Mi3 ebay. it’s a poly carbonate case for 549rs after using 200 off coupon. The case is very strong and can take some drops. The only issue is the size. my Mi3 looks almost as big as note 3 now with the case

yes the same one. Even the sim card slot is blocked. On the positive note, its a very strong case with very good grip. Anyone ordering this case please consider the size. It will make your phone size on par with note 3.

K then how do you think about this case http://www.ebay.in/itm/Double-Color-SGP-Cocose-… ….Which one is better in terms of protection…Also if yours feel bigger, then this one will be slightly larger, right?….How about the colour in that bumber thingy…You ordered the silver one , isn’t it?….Will the colour lasts…Will it attract scratches and stuffs….Also I need to know, if we use a tempered screen protector, will there be any problem in installing these case….By the way your’s looking awesome…
Well, the case i bought does loook premium and build quality is good. I don’t think it will attract lots of scratches. And in terms on protection it can definitely take some hits and bumps because the material looks very strong.
regarding the other case you have mentioned, i did consider buying that however it was not looking attractive so i let it go. I cannot comment on its build quality since i have not seen/used it.
I have no clue how well tampered glass will go with these cases

MIUI update V22 is seeding as an OTA update
Yeah I am also seeing v22 update, can I update it without updating to v18. I am still on v16. Akshat any input on this ? Thnx

yes you can ! between if anyone can upload the OTA on Cloud , it would be very helpful !!
Notification lights blink when I’m selecting colours but they don’t when I have missed calls or any alert. I even tried lightflow app but no fix … Any solution ?

was on 4.8.1 dev but now switched to check for v22 updates Would again switch back to 4.8.1 dev once i check the update

Wolverine! Please do give a review of the cover. Its an original Xiaomi case right? You have to peel that sticker and stick it to the body? Won’t it harm the paint when you remove it? Are the insides soft/microfiber lined to prevent micro scratches? Please do let us know.
Why am I not getting updates on my phone….Installed 22.0 from link given by akshat..My device just blinks(like it is trying to open something and then shuts down) when I click on “Check For Updates”…Also no 4.4.4 update….

The cover is good. It came in original retail box as claimed by seller. They also said they procure from Xiaomi itself in bulk. Can’t really say if it is a clone. The peel sticker is actually good, I removed the case 5-6 times to fit it perfectly and no residue was left over/ no paint peeled (It was done in short interval so can’t say if it will leave residue in long run) also it still sticks good after removing it for many times. Insides are micro fiber lined. Hope that helps you. If there is anything else just ask away.

Stable version is still based on 4.4.2 so you have to wait for another update by them I guess next update will be MIUI v6 based on 4.4.4. Also give more details like which version you are currently on, are you rooted, etc.

Are you on stable rooted ?? I flashed v22 yesterday with no issues ! What build are you one ? What you need to do is place the file downloaded from the link mentioned and place it in your phone . then go to the Updater app and flash it ! It does not matter whether you are rooted or not or whether you are using Stock recovery or CWM ! As long as you have the Full ROM zip you will always be able to flash through Updater app ! MIUI v6 details would be available on 16th august when it will be unveiled !
Can anyone please suggest a good screen protector they have tried? I wanted to buy the official one from FK but don’t want to wait anymore.

Are you on stable rooted ?? I flashed v22 yesterday with no issues ! What build are you one ? I flashed v22 on my phone then i rooted it with the file you provided for rooting a week back…Now it is v18.0(root india)…I can flash from downloaded file in updater but “check on updates” doesn’t give me the new update(Some people received update of v22.0 on their updater itself)….

As far as i know, if you are rooted then you cannot update OTA. try to download the update and flash manually.

Has anyone tried soundmagic Es18 on Mi3? I bought one and tried it today and the sound levels is really low even if i set it all the way up. I have tried a skullcandy one from my brother on Mi3 and that works perfectly. Tried the soundmagic in my PC and it works well on PC. Is there any compatibility issue with Mi3 and Soundmagic?

Once you install greenify . Enable Greenify in WSM Tools app (To enable auto hibernations !)
Hibernate all the apps which require Google Cloud Messaging ! Reduce the load on the SOC.
3) ES Task explorer :-

Disable startup of the apps you don’t want to be started at the startup ! Increases your bootup time !
There are lot of other awesome modules once you get WSM tools working , Press menu key and switch repo to xposed repo. Loads of cool xposed stuff !
Some of the modules are only for AOSP ROMS which won’t work on MIUI !
