Yup did get one replaced of mine and another for a friend. You can keep the screengaurd and micro sim tray. The replacement also heats up so there is no advantage even if the phone is getting replaced.

Better follow some tips posted here like underclock and update to v37 for no heating issues. I did that and now everything is fine.

I did with two phones. Now, I realized its better to get it underclock and v37 rom instead of the replacement phs as they are also heating up. No use of getting it replaced coz the replacement time may vary as per their stock and can take upto 2 weeks.

those who are facing ram problem should try ram swapping.. increase ram swap to 500mb or 1gb and it should work fine without removing any app…multitasking will improve.. try in sd card only and if you have class 10 card it will work better.

instead of complaining heat problems try the above…also I bought 1st bunch of phones…it heats to 20% when using WiFi during charging.. Otherwise it heats Max upto 5% which is manageable

i have installed the latest MIUI 37 (global edition)….underclocked cpu to 1.4…the phone works smooth…no unwarranted heating issues

for heating issues just disable auto start apps and install GOOGLE NOW launcher

seeing 250 mb free space in ram when using no apps
previously miui launcher 180 mb

less heating and for camera just download or sideload camera apps
shld solve camera issues

no rooting no flashin needed

Updating to Global Edition v37 is the answer to arrest of heating issues which users are facing with the phone. I have personally found a difference after updating as well as lot of users on the MIUI global forum have reported similarly.

Yes, it was good offer when free. We got 3 scratch guard in package of rs 179, that was free. They sent 2 extra scratch guards for practicing…They sent a cloth also…

Yes, it was good offer when free. We got 3 scratch guard in package of rs 179, that was free. They sent 2 extra scratch guards for practicing…They sent a cloth also…

Its a clear screen guard so you will get lot of scratches on it.
Its best to get from your local shop it hardly costs 50 bucks.

I think screen guard is fine but very hard to apply, almost perfect in size. So be careful.
