Harrowing experience with 99 labels

and lo they have cancelled another subsequent order quoting they didnt get the stock, then why put anything on sale and confirm the order for an order placed in december they come to know tht the stock is not available in 1st week of february,

And yes its not a question of 1000 rupees, its of trust and honesty and also promptness,After all it our hard earned money, may be someone doesnt have any worth for his own money or they get it for free

99labels sent me a different product than what i ordered….should i send them back?what if they don’t refund after sending back the product?i will lose both product and money…Anyone had good experience in returing goods to 99labels?

Keya purchased multi orders of chappals from SHIT kabaddi yebhi for re.1 which my servants also did ( nothing wrong in it but just want to show greed of the person ) . Now out of his greed and selfishness , he lost Rs.99 hoping to buy Rs.2000 sarees with that amount but wants to blame a site as a cheat for no fault of them and gets pissed off when I do not support his Bullshit.

And you smart ass , you think 99labels refund your money because you went to Consumer forum You couldn’t have done anything else except crying further and begging for your money at whichever forums or court had they not sent your refund even for the next few months. If you are too smart with such consumer courts , go and help fellow dimers suffering at the hands of Timtara.

I do agree that 99labels is many times late with bank refunds ( can get faster if go for credits ) but at least they are not frauds and will refund your money. Also they are reachable with a toll free number and emails.
If you talk about frauds ,
Ask dimers facing issues with Timtara where they can’t even reach CC of the site for days. Have you ever thought of putting your foot in there shoes ??
Talk about Indiaplaza where you need to spend phone calls money just to communicate with them because they do not reply back support tickets. Even after they refund your money after a long wait of 45 days , you still end up loosing phone calls money.
Same goes for seventymm where they even put your line on long holds and do not reply back emails. Refunds take ages like 3 months. I had to spend Rs.200 on phone to get back my Rs.400
or even bagittoday has the same story.
Talk about one of the biggest frauds yebhi who cheat and ship you garbage of 2nds quality ( and of brands which you don’t even deserve as you are fit for Reve and Aviva only ) . Even greendust is better who at least informs you in advance about it. Yebhi is the only site I recall who have cheated me with my money. Even with one of the worst bagittoday , I lost phone call money to get my refund but at least that money didn’t go in the pockets of those looters. But yebhi has looted my money for approx 50% orders with them out of 50+ orders ( many details can be searched in my earlier posts against a SHIT FRAUD site like yebhi ). You mentioned “they don’t deliver anything you didn’t bought”. another bullshit. How many orders have you made with them ? Only multi order of chappals or at least 30-40 serious orders as well ?

And all the times why do we have to feel sites are fraud or something ? Why can’t be it the buyers fault or an attempt for a fraud ? Sometimes we just go mad as soon as we get to know that our order got cancelled after a wait of 30 days ( don’t even understand that no site likes to cancel the order for fun and for sites like 99labels it has more chances of order to get cancelled compared to other sites ) and start being rude at our best with CC of the site but still expect that the CC should be polite and refund your money instantly. Being polite with CC doesn’t cost anything but will help you a great deal in solving your problem. No matter what I posted about bombarding Indiaplaza CC on phone , truth is that I mostly try to be polite on phone and had a very pleasant conversation with Mr.M.Wasim of IP cc 2-3 times regarding my refund issue of 16 LED light charger.
Even with DNY , I have wonderful experience of above 100 orders ( all for coupons except one ) and whenever I had any problems ( hardly few ) , I went to post at there support at facebook and always been polite and friendly. No prizes for guessing that my concerns were always solved if I was correct.
And problem with sending refunds is not limited to one or two sites. Even wonderful site like craftsvilla once took 30 days to send my refund. hs18 also over 20 days. and SHIT yebhi over 45 days. So all are fraud ??

Problem is that most of the people don’t even know what exactly is fraud or cheats here on internet. You need patience dealing with online shopping and if you don’t have it , just forget about online shopping. Else all the sites will come into your dictionary of fraud and cheats some day or the other. Than you can go back to the footpath to get your best deals.

Coming to the topic of 99labels ,
99labels specially is a different kind of a site with all together different concept. You get exclusive stuff at very reasonable prices and 8-9 new sales daily. Drawback is that you need to wait and chances of order getting cancelled is also more than compared to other kind of sites since they don’t stock the items and depend upon vendors for not only delivery but also final QC after receipt of the product ( though I don’t have many orders cancelled so far ). If you have
problems with this or your blood pressure will fluctuate daily if your refund is pending ( only if they do not reply you back or are not reachable , I can understand ) , just stay away from them. As it is this site is not for everyone. This is more like an elite site having club concept. And among other similar sites like FNY , fetise , bagittoday , privatelabels, etc they are the best without any doubts. I have been buying with them and a long time Club99 member ( so is our dimer of the year Dipesh bhai ) having 70+ orders in my combined family not without any reasons. Major complain with them as on date is that they do not send AWB details by email or sms which can be improved upon without any problems. There CC also needs to be improved upon but as on date most of the sites has similar problems may be due to shortage of professional staff , etc.
Just below is my screenshot from the A/C where it shows page 3 of 3 ( and there each page can have 10 orders ) only for dispatched orders. Also those complaining they are overpriced , note the price paid for this EDT ( that was Oct when price was higher ). Can’t even get these prices now at any other site. Cheapest will be approx Rs.350 I guess and right now I can buy them at Rs.270 from 99labels if I really want to.

I am not really promoting them ( I doubt if I have ever posted any of there deals ) as I am happy if chodu podu people stay away from them and as it is they have limited stocks and good selling items can get sold out very fast.

Anyway , all said ,
I am always in favour of genuine fellow dimers in case of issues with any sites. I have no soft corner for any site if they are cheating any dimers. Why will I like to support a site who has cheated my fellow dimers ? But I cannot support any unreasonable calls by rude clowns without any proofs of cheating and actually by people who don’t even know what is fraud or cheating. Yebhi is cheating because I have experienced 50% of my shipments ( I will ignore if 4-5 orders but cannot ignore 25 orders ) to be 2nds quality garbage which they never mentioned in there site as 2nds quality stuff.
I am always with dimers and I do not wanna give invitation but in case I can be of any help to any dimer to recover there money from the sites they feel they have been cheated upon , do check with me by pm. I will put my all time and energy ( many dimers are already aware of this fact as helped them in this ) if I can be of any help to save your hard earned money at least from the sites I know who are not fraud and cheats including 99labels. I mean do not ask me for help with timtara or 70mm or bagittoday or SHIT Yebhi which are discarded from my side itself. I always want to post my genuine and honest review for the betterment of dimers and who do not trust me can just ignore my reviews. Who cares !! But do not expect from me to support your fake reviews or even dare to think that I will read your bullshit and accept false accusations made against me. As you said it’s a forum so how can some idiot ask me to keep my reviews ( wrongly mentions as delusions ) to myself ? or accuse that my reviews are biased ?

I don’t think will be any problems with loosing your money. I never sent back any product back to
them till date as never had any major issues with quality or wrong item ( once they shipped wrong colour but
I just accepted ) so not sure about there reverse pick up facility. Do they collect it back or you will
need to pay the courier charges and send them back ?
If they collect it back , just send it back.
If you opt for refund in the form of 100% usable credits , you should get it back soon.
Knowing from other people experience , Bank refunds might take time but it will not go bad debts. You can remind them daily at there toll free number Though I personally feel no reason for your refund to take more than 7-10 days after they get back the item Exceptions do happen but hope your problem is solved smoothly and fast.

bhai plz give me the phone number or email of 99labels higher authorities,

i ordered Philips JMG for around 1500 i guess (using some points), in December, they delivered the wrong product,
they told me to return it, i returned it (almost 230 courier charges)

now they are saying that they have not received the returned product, whereas in tracking its showing delivered, my 1500+230=1730rs at stake, first experience with them and that was completely worst.

Had to reply to this though I’m on cell right now.

These assholes tested my patience which was in no way going to take there BULLSHIT They called

so far my experience with them is too good. genuine products, good prices after applying credits. they say delivery time would be about a month, which is okay for me.
