Harrowing experience with 99 labels

I have better things to do than promoting 99labels here on DD
I do promote them at places where I can get referral credits.

DEFEND : Yes , I have tried defending them on many aspects.

You are right in sharing your experience , so am I. But you have not really
read or understood my posts very well. I have not contradicted about your refund
matter anywhere and agree with you regarding that. They are slow and lazy with
refunds ( from what I learned from my fellow dimers and also experienced once )
but at least they are not frauds and I don’t think you will need to visit consumer
courts for your Rs.1000
They have there few negatives but loads of positives outweigh there negatives
making them one of the few best sites to buy with.

They just keep apologizing without resolution, I am surprised how do such companies survive , Mr Usa if you are so resourceful with these guys, please use my credit with them full 600 odd are there may be others can use it, i vouch not to place orders with them again, for a company , who claims to have a tol free helpline doesnt answer phones after 6, take leisurely time to respond to emails and doesnt care to resolve any dispute at the earliest I am sure will have hard days ahead, not that because my order was delayed and refund is also delayed , that too even after so many follow ups then what will happen to hapless customers who order and dont have any forum to raise their voice, At the end of the day what is wrong is wrong, if we start comparing whos a little better amongst liars there cant be any comparison, All the interest should be for consumers after all the turnover and profit generates from our money, especially if a company doesnt even invest in capital and inventory.

These buggers use some nonsense companies to deliver documents , this courier company called trackon accuses me of not following up on the delivery? matlab pehle ye gadhon ko pay karo aur usey wapas lene ke liye sau gadhon se deal karo including the one that you all know, sorry gadha is not the word for him, the courier company doesnt know which docket belongs to whom, and their delivery boy doesnt even carry a phone, one threating to call the police for non delivery or cheque the said they will look into the issue, clearly 99 labels will ultimately fail on logistics also, issey accha to bhagwan se pray karo to aapki prayers jaldi answer hogi. inke saath to paise bhi kharch karo aur calls aur follow up mein apni neend chain aur dimaag kharch karo aisa two way error hain

Since then you have been in continuos communication with me where you have repeated the same statement to allow you some time, Now you should be ashamed of yourselves about what business ethics you follow. I feel terribly irritated at the casual approach you have towards customers who wanted to do business with you.

I have no words to say anything about your careless ness. A sincere request is to use a better logistics partner if you think you should be in business

Mr. USA hope you go thru the same bakwass people for any of your orders and you will realise what patience is and what business is , before you curse yebhi, may be because it has outshone you ( 99 lables)completely , I have at least ordered 25 times and i always get the deliver the next business day, yes from delhi gurgaon to the southern part of india, in a day, stop comparing the irresponsible 99 labels to somebody who learns to do business, yes they are cheap but thats what they claim and only in prices, 99 labels is cheap right from placing the order till it is delivered not in prices but in tactics and business ethics.

they refunded my money and also gave me 100 credit node (for courier charges), 500credits with 50% usage.
