A fraud website. Costed me nearly 12000 rupees and had sent me a used speaker. I asked for refund but they denied. they gave some policy crap. Which they didn't think about while sending the wrong product. Totally dissatisfied with the product. I will make sure that I and my friend and relatives do not purchase anything from amazon and use flipkart instead. view more

Worst website for selling. The customer service for sellers is awful. I have sent my products to Amazon (FBA) so they could store them and sell them on their website. Worst mistake in my life. Since I did that... I lost the ownership of them. They said 10 of my items got lost and another similar amount were damaged in the delivery. I am a big Fan of Amazon eCommerce platform . The customer support they give after the product purchase is the out of the world . Even the refund policy is so Customer friendly . I can buy a product with my close eyes and even that time i need not to worry as I know there is always support from Amazon which is always there . I HAVE ORDERED ONE PRODUCT THE ESTIMATE DELIVERY DATE WAS 25 TO 26 DEC. BUT TILL NOW NOT DELIVERED YET. EVEN I CONTACT SEVERAL TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM THEY ALL ARE ALSO FRAUD THE WORST PART THE COURIER GUY CALL ME AND TOLD ME HE CAN'T DELIVERED PRODUCT JUST BECAUSE HE IS GETTING LATE TO REACH HIS HOME view more

Think atleast thousand times before making any purchase from Amazon as your money may be at risk. It has happened with me and it can happen with anyone. I am a prime member of Amazon India and doing the purchases on amazon since last several years including mobile phones and big appliances. In November 2017 Amazon has stolen my Rs 1999 from my amazon pay balance and giving no response. They are not making the refund even after returning the product. On November 16,2017 I placed the orders (171-9524938-2901922 & 171-0081700-5744309). The following is what happened next: . Nov 18 morning received Amazon SMS that orders out for delivery. .
