I bought a tablet and smartphone stand from Tata Cliq along with a tablet cover. Both had the same AWB number and the parcel was delivered on June 24. The parcel had only the tablet cover, the stand was missing. The order ID is 113284258 and the prepaid order was placed on June 19, 2021. Please thoroughly go through the return policy before purchasing. There's no option for the poor performance of the product or customer satisfaction . Pathetic experience. Bought a sennheiser CX 300s earphones. Delivered late. The performance of the product is very poor. There's no bass or zero bass. In Amazon you got a very good return policy. I placed an order for an LG 43 inch TV on Tata Cliq on 23 March 2021. The box containing the TV was delivered on my doorstep on 27th March 2021 by a delivery person. I opened the box on the same day and found that the TV inside it had a crack on its screen. I intimated this to tatacliq within hours after the TV got delivered. I am first time customer and bought a 55” TV with 42K on 13th April. The promised date of delivery was 17th April 2021, they postponed to 19th and again postponed to 21st saying there was weekend. Since then I have no update or no idea where my order is ? I called the customer services several times, they are just horrible and are not at all bothered about solving the issue. My overall experience with Tata cliq is very very bad. I bought macbook air on 26 December 2020 on prepayment of Rs74,694 and it was delivered on 29 of December and that time I was not available to receive the order, so the delivery man drop the order to my society office.When I came back from the office I picked the order came into my flat and opened it. Hello, I ordered Swipe Slate 2 from Tata Cliq for my daughter school at 7999/- INR (Order No 110178751), it was delivered 5th Nov 2020 on checking tablet found that tablet is faulty Sim card not detected. Immediately, I raised on return 5th itself after 10 days they rejected my return request. Oct 2020, we have bought samsung machine when it was delivered they told us not to move it or open it until installer comes next day. But when installer came and opened the box there was huge dent on it so he left saying may be this is defective so talk to customer care.
