We purchased a LG TV worth 41000/- a month back in sep 2020. It was defective. we raised the return request. But all efforts are waste as **they refuse to accept any problem raised**. They send a technician just for sake of who denies the problem. They are very well trained to refuse any issue we raise. They then said about there policies. I placed an order for the very first time from tata cliq of a flip-flop. Firstly, I received a wrong product. Secondly, it has been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. Contacted customer service via both email and telephonically but no response from mail. I order voltas AC from Tata Clik amount 38000 thousand and got package with open seal , I complaint about it to TAta clik but they never bother about it . It was beginning month of june 2019 , I mailed them and call so many times but these people never return my product nor refund money . After 20 days i have to install that product with broken fan. #Tatacliq is a #fraud company. Had ordered a smart TV after confirming it being smart from the executive. Delivery was that of non smart TV. On calling customer care, executive was making lame excuses to not take a return. When complained to national consumer helpline offered me a refund or a voucher of 1500 rs (which ofcourse i refused) to settle/cover up the matter after 21 days of daily calling up . Ordered Side by Side refrigerator of Voltas Beko on 30 April 2019. Got delivered promptly on 6th May as promised and in excellent packaging condition. Customer service was good and responsible. Have tested there patience and found good. But they need to improve on communication between different representatives. Return Policy need to be updated as per other e commerce website.
