The same was installed on the 7th of April 2019 by brand authorized technicians and the box/boxes were opened by the brand technicians only. Never buy any product form this site, bunch of nonsense people are running this company. They deliver wrong products and used products and after that they don’t listen to you or ready to replace the product, there customer care support is pathetic. I have purchased a ifb microoven from TataCliq and because it was showing 1000 rupees less than on the other shopping sites but I got the damaged product. I have purchased 4 product through Tata Cliq & I returned 3 of them. Just because all product are fake. pathetic services works like a goverment org took ages to deliver my product. I ordered a microwave order id 102216003 from tata cliq on 31st may and today is 11th june so even after 12 days product is not deleivered and when i contact there team they say we dont know why your product is not delivered but our team will contact you soon but still even after 48 hours of their promise no one has contacted me. My Brother ordered a Nokia 2 mobile through their site and recieved an empty box with 1 small packet of soap and a key ring. order no was Order#102077243 And after complaining and following several times now, he got the update that the package was shipped with the mobile and there could be a problem with the delivery vendor and we should contact them. I ordered footwear of size 8 from Tata Cliq. I was charged Rs 49 as shipping charges. I was delivered size 10, 2 sizes above what I ordered. So, I called their useless customer care and asked for a return. They said if I wanted the product I will have to re order and when I checked the price it was increased by the same seller by Rs. 500.
