If it’s new seller and you get COD parcel, whether or not you ordered on COD, DON’T ACCEPT THE PARCEL until someone confirms that they really got HDD.
Such frauds has happened in Snapdeal earlier.
Seller will ship separately on COD and you can get bricks or soap.
You can’t do anything as actual Amazon shipment will never reach you.

Okay, I am also one of the guys who bought this. I am suspicious about the seller as I did request for cancellation but the seller still went ahead and shipped. Let’s see what we get now!

Nobody is allowed to open the parcel and then accept or pay. Courier folks will not allow that.
Remember the Saanpdeal scandal?
→ The seller sends Order directly to you, COD.
→ Doesn’t update shipping on saanpdeal
→ If a person pays for it, it is basically a transaction out of Snapdeal’s domain!
But I have already paid for it, and it’s slightly difficult to make my mum understand which parcels to receive n which ones not. I will make sure not to receive when I am in or else let’s see what could be done. Thanks anyways, appreciate the concern.
Just dont accept any COD orders from Indian post. Coz it doesnt lets you check before you pay. Just no COD parcel from Indian post.

No one will receive…if you have paid using CC then it is advisable you get refund before the due date else you would be in a position to pay for a product that is not going to be delivered 
other prepaid mode payments it depends on the person belief

I just got a sms today saying that the hdd is sent via delhivery express(OLMARTESHOP) and it was on COD with price tag of 2999rs. I already paid in amazon via my card. I think this is fake seller and don’t know what is happening with the amazon team. I just dont know what to do!
Just call customer care, I also ordered it but got refund as I didn’t received the product and tracking number was wrong. They said seller has left Amazon platform and not responding to them.
