Check your netbanking, I got upgrade on one of my cards from regalia to Diners Black, although 10K membership fees are being asked
it is showing first year free then 2500 for regalia first. can it be converted to lifetime free or we have to spend amount for waiving of fee?

I have 7.5L limit on my Regalia credit Card and salary account holder for nearly 15 years but never got the option for upgrade. I badly want Infinite LTF and wondering if there is any ways to get the upgrade, like calling cc or talking to someone in branch etc

Off-topic – How to know points against individual transaction on HDFC DIner privilege cc and HDFC Moneyback cc. App, netbanking and statement all shows cumulative points, but not individual transaction points. Please suggest. TIA.
Only way is to keep a track in the excel sheet for higher transactions, if you see a high increase in the points at the start of the mont, call the customer to ask them which month transaction these were credited for so that you can update the sheet accordingly

definitely a better card than moneyback. Milestone benefit, point transfers, no limit on points earned etc.

As soon as we opt, the process will commence.
For reward points only conditions will be there. But for counting total spending target, except credit card balance transfer no other conditions will be there.

That looks like a degrade
According to my RM, based on insider information the card upgrade is offered only to users with relatively low spends and those who also hold cards from other banks. Basically luring people to spend more on their HDFC card instead.

I got my upgraded from moneyback to regalia card
But from today I am seeing some weird changes in my hdfc credit card limit
My limit was 50000 but showing as zero
Checking for unbilled transactions but giving error
It’s is common to show these errors after upgrading the card
