Is spending too much a hinderance? My spending last year was around 30Lacs (paying company EB), is it the negative point, can someone clarify.
Limit is continuously being increased (It is upto 16 Lacs now) and even getting huge personal loan but no card upgrade.

I waited till the bill generation for visa millennia and redeemed all points for cash.
and later, i have upgraded to regalia without any carry forward of reward points.
I have an option for upgrade to Regalia. Annual membership is mentioned as 0. There is a note section where annual fees from second year is mentioned for various cards. Is this LTF or free for first year only? My current card is LTF.

I am getting offer on my MC Regalia First to upgrade to MC Regalia card international. Is it worthy to upgrade.
Note: 0 fee for first one yr and then 2500 from next yr. Where as current card fee is 1000.
Please any expert suggestion.
