Guys, my order got delivered with three items missing. They delivered it through Apollo pharmacy. The customer care number is only ivrs. Only option is email which I don’t have much hope for. Be aware of the site and look out for your orders

Got call from Pharmeasy

Looks like all the orders in my city are being processed by Pharmeasy on behalf of Medibuddy

Most of the items are available but few aren’t nonetheless I asked the executive of Pharmeasy to get ahead and process the order with whatever is available.

I took the risk because seems like they did pass on our order and took it for processing I’m hopeful they’ll refund also for the undelivered orders

Also they are not lying the products oos are actually oos even if I directly order from Pharmeasy

Only 3 out of 11 products are delivered, now let’s see how they refund the amount for the undelivered items.

I have placed order on 22oct . Location – 411007, pune .. contacted nearby Apollo pharmacy. They yet have not my order.

I have got email today morning that pharmeasy is processing your order.
Order items = 10 items.
still haven’t got call from pharmeasy regarding availibility of products.
But i checked phareasy website and can see only 3-4 items available.

Not sure :
option 1: should i accept partial order – and wait for partial refund
option 2: should i reject complete order- and wait get full refund.

Till morning it was in confirmed state, now says out of deliver. WTF, kuch bhi ho rha hai..

One more thing i ordered philips trimmer for 550 rs and other things with it which costed me around 900. But the invoice which is generated does not have trimmer, so how much refund will i get.

Which merchant do this thread belongs to ? medibuddy or pharmeasy or dhani ?

Refund ka process btao bhailog, when i enquire to customer care they said only one item is there i.e ENO.

Its full.scam..no.stock is availble.and whatever is available is availble at full price. Discounted products stock.out..i have asked for full.refund.

Bhai, ye medibuddy wale pagal ho gye hain. Mere ko sms aaya ki order cancel ho gya hai. And we are working to fulfil. Ghanchakkar khin ke. (might be they are trying with other partner, but then they should not say order cancelled)

The best way is wait for 2-3 more days and then raise a grievance on national consumer helpline, dhani wale bhi same aise hi kr rahe the unse to 1-1 paisa vasoola h maine🤣 even extra cz dhani cash convert ho gya tha real money me🤣

Where is my refund?

Someone tell me how to identify who is fulfilling my order ? (Apollo/Pharmeasy/Dhani).
I’ve got mails/SMS saying order processing and order is invoiced but partner name is mentioned nowhere. All they are saying is pharmacy partner.

Ok guys. Here is my success story of recieving refund from medibuddy for partial order. I had placed order on very first day of 50% off with delivery in Bangalore (that helped for quicker delivery). Total 2/5 items were delivered by Apollo with no intimation on refund. I tried their customer care which is ivrs. Then I sent an email to [email protected] to register the complaint. After one day when I didn’t receive any response, I sent a tweet to medibuddy with my order number. Next day itself I received a call from them asking me to remove the tweet. I told them process refund and I will tweet a thanks note. The refund was given within few hours credited to my apay wallet. Paying with apay actually helped to get a quick refund. So gist is post messgae on fb or twitter to get your money back.

Partial order got delivered and someone at house accepted it also

They have billed it with 8% discount only. Isse zyada toh Pharmeasy gives

I got a delivery courier with only 2 items billed at MRP and it was on COD for a fully paid order. I rejected it and mailed these @$$holes. Is there a way to talk to them directly.
