So maximum people are either getting partial order or Cancelled completely. For those who got partial delivery, invoice was sent prior to delivery, so as to know which products are billed and which are cancelled

Got my all 3 orders through pharmeasy

I mailed them 3-4 days ago for order cancellation and rejected the parcel delivery.
They have not replied to my mail.

Anyone who can tell me how to get refund?

Still I believe they won’t run away with your money.

The thing is they kept the discount open for too long and received an overwhelming order (they didn’t expect us dimers to order 100+ products for a single user as some did)

Their Twitter account also says they are aware of this and are working on the same.

I found out some papers in our house it’s from Medibuddy TPA. I don’t think they are a very new company that will entirely run away with our money

Received part delivery from dhani via bluedart . Im in cochin now. May be pharmeasy doesn’t deliver for 3rd party here.

Better to wait and see what they are planning.

By Delivery was totally different, but got 80 percent of the value ive spent.

Rest of the products are shipped, but upon tracking on bluedart it says cod processing unjt. Nt sure if they have sent as cod.. If yes im in trouble.

I have received wrong items instead of items worth 14000, I just got 14×250ml Dettol

recd 3 Dettol bottle, paid around 250 rs…waste product for me

Placed order on 22nd October and didn’t receive the order. They are not replying to any of my communications in any medium. So finally raised chargeback request.
I paid via Amazon Pay. So contacted Amazon and surprise to see the swift process. They just took a minute or two and raised the chargeback request on my behalf. Provided ticket number also. Excellent and easy support from Amazon. Let’s see what happens.

This total chaos is created by DD. Don’t say they are not responsible. Atleast they could help dimers to get refund or order. But they didn’t help anything and silently watching everyone loosing money. This deal was heavily promoted by DD.

When I contacted razorpay their response :-We have raised a dispute with the merchant and we’re checking this with the merchant and would request you provide us 21 days to provide the best resolution from our end.

Chill, ordered on 23rd October, partial order was delivered by pharmeasy on 26th. Tweeted them and got reply refund will be processed, now getting deliveries of remaining items from dhani. Ordered 14 items, 3 delivered by pharmeasy and rest are being delivered through dhani which are sent in different packages 😂 don’t know what’s the mess but got 12 out of 14 items, now have to wait for update on remaining 2 items

For me nothing shipped yet for order placed on 22 Oct. They are not picking the call nor responding to mails. Best part is that I only make use of 50% offer to place the order and not the 75% one. What to do? I paid through ICICI Amazon Credit Card.Should I call bank for charge back or wait?

Just now received update that dhani will deliver in 2 days. Can see only hair color in tracking. So if they are billing on MRP, then probably will receive products equal to what I paid for i.e. no 50% discount. Lets see

Dhani delivered 12 vikas vapourub, while I have ordered only 1. Other items missing. Earlier they sent cod order from dhani. Now hope from this order and medibuddy. Will raise chargeback
