Wanted to raise a chargeback request with HDFC and they usually refund the amount within 2-3 days while they do the background checks later on. So, don’t want to be in a state where I receive refund and later receive products leading to more confusion.

Today i received Refund Initiated SMS from medibuddy BUT No idea why and where they initiated refund of 471 Rs because i didn’t made any payment of 471 rs

Just now received the msg on mobile for refund.
What i actually paid is 3677 for 4 orders. And they initiated the total amount 1528+1104. I dnt know their logic.
+ i received 8 denever deo instead of 4. So thy might have deducted the price of deo.
I am trying their number but busy customer care.

Wth. Order value was 803 which was paid online already. Dhani shipped the product and now the delivery executive asking 2695₹. Even though the order is partial. They are doing blunders since 2020 and indian govt. isn’t doing anything. I have complaint about dhani many times, this is sooo ridiculous
They are sooo pathetic. @sauravDD bhai tum maje le riye ho yaha refund ka ata pata nhi chal raha. Cod isn’t allowed on website then how come they are sending items on cod🤣

Received refund for the 3 orders but with little difference. For 1925 paid I received 1904.
For 230 received 228. For 875 received 864.
And for the order partially received not got anything.

Haha yeah but people are still ordering from medibuddy. They are still running this scam. The day when I got to know that they have partnered with dhani, I stopped cursing medibuddy 🤣 Cz it’s all Dhani’s fault. They are illiterate as hell.

The biggest fraudster here is Dhani. Medibuddy trusted them to fulfill customer’s orders, they cheated both customer and Medibuddy by sending wrong items
Few products r still not delivered
(Around 1000 rupees is still stuck).
Btw I got a call from dhani yesterday and he was asking me to return those items which were delivered in excess ,he was talking about arranging the pickup
I also received 8 bottles of denever deo and other items for total 650. Now they are not refunding money. So i sold deo to family members for 130 each. All the loss is covered. I will Still fight for refund.
I have registered complaint in national consumer helpline will have to wait more 7 – 10.days
If they give refund no problem else will file case with compensation
NCH won’t help as medibuddy don’t respond to them also just like our mails
@chota_chattri already filed a complaint but there was no response from medibuddy
Then it will be great it will more benefit us to file complaint with compensation
Received refund today after filling A to Z claim from amazon on 14th Nov. Also refund received was 20 more than paid. Thanks to other dimers for providing feedback here

Same here. Paid around 700. Delivered bulk of pastes worth 400 rs and now Medibuddy gave refund of 200 rs. don’t know how to proceed. I lost my money and medibuddy is still non-responsible for my complaints 
Finally received my refund for partial order delivered after lots of complaints.
Amount was 650. They refunded 415.
and delivered 8 denever deo., 😁
I did place about 5k order in total 2 orders …both paid with Apay balance. One was partially delivered. 2nd wasn’t delivered, not even a single item. 2nd order refund was processed by them without any complaint 2 weeks ago.1st hard refund wasn’t received… Complained on twitter, then threatened them with complaint in police Cyber cell few days ago. Received Full refund ( without deduction of delivered item price) yesterday.
This fake company isn’t giving response to national consumer helpline 🤣🤣🤣🤣. They don’t have customer support. All they are doing is sending same text message to everyone.
