I did try to contact on line chat ICICI but they were not aware of such scheme, however I asked mail id of ICICI they shared that with me so have sent them a mail, their auto reply says they will revert with in 2 days will share feedback once I receive the same.

I received my cashback on 29th june

ICICI mailed me that the issue has been passed.on to the concerned department.and they will revert within 5 days. 2 days have passed.

Contacted Amazon CS, they told it’ll be credited within next 24 to 48 hours

I have received the sms on Monday and email today considering SMS was suggesting July 12 credit.

Amazon asked to wait till July 19 to get it reflected in account as transaction is processed on Jul 12
