I suggest you chat with Amazon rep and raise a token for this.
It would at least mean that you had contacted someone about it.
Then all you can do is wait for this to get resolved.
I have not received cashback as well, but I’m hopeful of this getting resolved soon as one of the parties concerned is Amazon, which in my opinion is very customer centric at this moment.

You have to type @striker_rage , then wait for the name to appear and then choose the name.
Just typing @ then the name does not tag the person as there is a link involved which gets selected when you select the name from the list.

I contacted ICICI as the terms and conditions clearly said to contact the bank by July 31 after which no request will be entertained.
Still not received, called customer support. They sent me written confirmation that i am eligible for Cashback and it will be credited by 5th August if not than Amazon will pay me that in Pay balance
I have received my cash back on 01-Aug-2017. I advise others to check their account and see if they have received the cashback or not and post here so that it helps others.

After a prolong and constant follow-up with both Amazon and ICICI, finally got the cb on my credit card. People who have not got the cb yet, keep on putting pressure on ICICI as they will keep on pushing deadline with the new dates.

I have checked with my resources and see that our promotional team sent an email stating that cash back will be credited by 12 July. Here is the email which has been sent by our promotional team.
We’re writing to let you know about a delay in crediting cashback for the order placed during 27 April 2017 to 28 April 2017, due to technical issue.
The cashback will be credited to your account by 12-Jul.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
Cash back will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account. In this case, I kindly request you to please wait till Wed Jul 19 2017.
Based on your bank’s policy, it should get reflected to your account within 3-5 business days that is by Wed Jul 19 2017 excluding Saturdays and Sundays. But this is just an estimate, it may get reflected even earlier than this time frame.
If you didn’t receive the cash back within the mentioned time frame, please send the snapshot of you bank statement from the date 11 July to 20 July. We will escalate this issue to concern team and take necessary action.
