Did a random check on a few cities and several stores in malls like Inorbit (Hyd), Phoenix Marketcity (Pune) etc. show up. Several popular (Irani Cafe Pune) and chain restaurants (Dominos etc.) too.
Also there are Reliance Digital Stores. Multiple stores in each city. I am not sure if Reliance has gift cards and if so best value would be

shops who are in this list also don’t accept amex saying that the commission % of amex is high.
They say amex charges 4% commission on transaction.

Last time it was valid for both Primary & Supplementary cards, this time also no such thing is mentioned for exclusion so it should work.

Yes Supplementary cards are also eligible, Offer should be saved seperately on supplementary cards.
If your Primary Card is eligible for the Offer, your Supplementary Cards will also be eligible. However, Supplementary Cards will be treated as separate Cards in the Offer and the Offer will have to be saved to Supplementary Cards separately through the Online Card Account of Supplementary Cards. You can also save the Offer to your Card by filling up the enrollment form.
5 tines in Gold Card, 5 on MRCC and 5 each with 2 each Supplementary cards so total 6 cards and 30 times for me… good that it is valid for 3 months, have shortlisted few good shops nearby where I normally use AmEx like wellness forever and few grocerry stores… so grocery done for next month’s at 50% discount… no Flipkart, no Jio, no Big Bazaar… only small shops now for next 3 months…

No. Either should suffice. Of course take screenshots but Amex immediately sends an email confirming the ‘addition’ of offer to your account.
