Save your eligible Card and spend ₹1,000 or more in one transaction, in-person only at participating Shop Small locations by 31/10/2021 to receive a ₹500 cashback. Valid up to 5 times, once per participating location. Exclusions & T&Cs apply.

OFFER TERMS
Offer valid for payments made in Indian Rupees in-person at participating Shop Small locations. In the event a participating business has locations which are not listed, the offer is not valid at those locations.
₹500 cashback will be applied one time per participating Shop Small location, and the offer is limited to a maximum of ₹2,500 cashback applied to your Card during the offer period.
Offer valid on transactions made on the saved Card directly in-person at participating Shop Small locations. Valid at India locations only. Excludes online transactions.
Not valid for payments made via a third party establishment or payment processor (including, but not limited to, digital wallets).

How to use
Did a random check on a few cities and several stores in malls like Inorbit (Hyd), Phoenix Marketcity (Pune) etc. show up. Several popular (Irani Cafe Pune) and chain restaurants (Dominos etc.) too.

Also there are Reliance Digital Stores. Multiple stores in each city. I am not sure if Reliance has gift cards and if so best value would be

Number of cards x 5 Reliance stores x Rs 1000 / gift card. With 2 addon cards you get 15k worth of goods for 7.5k.
