Received the products few mins back and the products are genuine. Seems this is the first order being fulfilled by the nearby store after their tie-up with Medibuddy.
My location is Chennai and the order was placed on 20th Oct & fulfilled by Apollo Pharmacy closest to my house. Apollo pharmacy representative himself came (I had ordered from them previously to use AMEX Shop Small offer) and delivered the order. They called and verified the order before delivery and gave the bill from Apollo Pharmacy with the original product price.
Mine is the first order to be delivered from that branch. I have another order placed on 21st Oct and it seems the store is yet to get that in their system.
Hope this clears all the doubt.
Update: While ordering on the product page, there is a filter available which specifies brand like Apollo, MediBuddy store, DocsApp store etc., It is possible I chose products are with the brand Apollo.

Medibuddy cancelled my order
my medibuddy order is with pharmeasy [lots of items – most of them will defintely be OOS]..
Still havent got any call.
I want to cancel the entire order.

Any one has tried cancelling the order by contacting customer care via phone OR emails.

@Rosh_0007 @admin @Bumblefoot I would held you guys responsible for the trouble so many dd members are facing in getting the orders fulfilled or getting their money back. This deal was promoted by dd. Please use better discretion going forward and don’t just go with the incentives provided by such partners. You guys loose credibility by such deals. And if possible provide some support to the community, you already have access to medibuddy insiders and can definitely do something.
If they had to do something they would have done so, from start people are complaining but no words from them.

we are following up with merchant for those who used our exclusive coupon and communication what we have received so far is that they are cancelling orders “due to unavailability of stock with their partners” and they are working with alternative partners to fulfil other order, multiple/bulk orders are being cancelled, they are processing refund for the same and for partial orders as well.
we will keep you all posted as & when we get some update from them.

It means the order u placed using offer is not deliverable however they fulfill the order products with the full mrp at the earliest… 🤐🤐🤐

But i checked phareasy website and can see only 2 items available. [Rs. 100]
So Items Available : Rs. 100 worth
Items Out of stock : Rs. 900 worth
I see not any point in accepting this order.
