I have done one cod transaction with ATS delivery…but here I don’t know the delivery person takes only Google pay for cod orders ..so not at all accepting any cash. If someone can help me to do cashload….I can transfer the amount to him..Please suggest what should I do… Thanks

Even you can return the product if you didn’t liked that, your eligible for cashback if you load 5000 or more cash.

The ATS Delivery Executive was not sure about how to load cash, so I taught him how to do it on his mobile 
Loaded 5050 cash, it deducted 15 for product and loaded 5035 in the account.
He was saying he was not aware of how it’s done and neither his supervisor told him. Someone earlier also asked him about the offer but he declined him as he was not aware of the offer.
So if the same thing happens with you guys, you can assist the guy in loading the cash as the feature is already there but the Delivery Executives might not be aware of it
if you are remembering the steps of cash load can you share this here.
i think this might be helpful for other dimers where the delivery boys have no clues on cash load.
My bad luck – 
I had 2 orders to be delivered on COD today – 
Instead of regular ATS – a young woman from the neighbourhood "Amazon store franchisee "came. They can take card but not extra cash. she checked with her boss too. so instead of paying 2 POD by cash + 2 cash load- I paid by card. one more order is coming tomorrow. I hope ATS is coming & not the amazon store franchise…

Edit: I was in luck.. Got ATS delivery person and he loaded 5050/- Look forward for cashback 1000 for sure. If additonal Rs 50 comes will be bonus

I have ordered 10 rs item via cod. Now I told to load 5000 into amazon pay. He actually deducted 10 rs and 4990 added in amazon pay. He told it automatically deducted by system. will this get any impact?
ouch….now you are not eligible for the cashback as load amount is less than 5000

then dont give extra cash. 
you can not prove that you paid extra – unless he confirms via device infront of you & get your signature.

The delivery agent tried to load money to my amazon account but it was allowing him to add only 4811rs.. I then checked my limit by trying to add money to amazon pay myself & found my monthly add limit left is 4811
