Point no. 22 in TnCs says For a given transaction if both cash-load offers (Cash-load Offer 1 and Cash-load Offer 2) are applicable, highest of the cash-backs from either of the offers shall be processed.
Probably you’ll get 950 more. But when if only one and that too higher cashback is to be processed, why they would credit 50 first? It should have been 1000 in one go itself.

I have a curious case. I loaded 5k yesterday after that nothing happened. Today I loaded Rs 100 and I got Rs 50 cashback. Wondering what happens to 5k offer?

I gave rs 40 to ATS guy after gave rs 5000 for cash load … Courier guy done in my account rs 5000 and ATs courier guy left with rs 5040 . Today i saw my amazon statement .. i am shocked .. rs 40 deduct in my amazon pay account and 4960 cash load .. I contacted Amazon CC . CC say that i am not eligible 1000 cash back because less cash load .. i told all story and say that is not my fault ,, after Amazon CC agree for raise complaint for investigate .. let c
You should have given him the total amount together, he might have been confused due to two amounts ( i.e. 40 and 5000)
