No, even in the steps it is mentioned that that the mode of payment has to be necessarily pod i.e payment on delivery, so u have to buy a cod filler

No, you have to pay for the product in full first, and then load 5K extra.
Why are you laughing, I contacted customer service, they told me 5th point in t&c. Only on pay on delivery not on prepaid methods.

I placed an order for 557 or so 2 days back. (all from cloudtail) Part shipment (420₹) item shipped same day & on the way & should deliver today/tomorrow. .
Just received sms that balance items also shipped.
After seeing all your comments- Iam going to play safe.
For the COD order delivery (₹420) will pay only ₹80 more or so (give ₹500) and balance amount as cash load.(this month 1st cash load )
I will pay 5000₹ when 2nd partial shipment is delivered. No tension (should get both ₹50_+₹1000 cash back. 
No for the first shipment u have to pay 420+100=520 to receive Rs 50 cashback as that offer is load Rs 100 and get Rs 50 cashback.
For the second shipment it is correct – order amount + Rs 5000 to receive Rs 1000 cashback
