i have did netbaking hdfc on 12 aug. My txn stuck money got debited not returned till now. No order generated .Where to complain can anybody guide….
Call to bank customer care with txn id and order id if you know, they will ask to merchant and reverse the money when merchant confirm it
Have the offer extended in my account but the transaction is failing when I use my debit card. I guess it needs a HDFC card or net banking. Can anyone with HDFC card help me buy the vouchers?

I dont think so anybody getting 5% cashback on gyftr for using dc or payzapp. I did via payzapp in june month from 2 accounts and they said there was no offer on gyftr.
. The offer is on smartbuy. So u need to login to Smartbuy b4 reditecting to gyftr to get the transaction tracked.
