According to Jio, it isn’t discontinuing the old plans right now and the existing subscribers can continue to use them; however, if they want, they can migrate to a new plan and they will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Jio/Reliance has the worst customer service, just like Chinese Paytm.
I would avoid them.
My local ISP is still better and lower cost than Jio’s plans.
Remember Jio Phone? No refund of 1500. Full fraud.

Those having JIO Fiber, do the recharge now if any1 having CITI or HSBC Card.
JIO is upgrading the plans from 849 to 999 and 1299 to 1499
However the catch in increasing the price is that they are giving 50mbps additional speed and also adding 1 OTT app free (Netflix)
So, Citi card recharge of Quarterly(Silver Plan) will give 20% cashback upto 400 and HSBC card recharge of Semi Annual(Silver Plan) will give 10% upto 1000
Citi validity is 31.08.2020 and HSBC is 30.09.2020
I have personally done Quarterly and Semi Annual recharge because later on 849 plan will become 999 and you will have to pay 150 extra and that too for 50 mbps additional speed and Prime Subscription.
So better do advance recharge and queue up your plans.

My experience has been bad with Jio fiber. Its range is very very poor plus the speed does not exceed 20 Mbps in my area
U gotta contact jio fiber there is no way fiber connection speed drops that much im getting promised 250,mbps on my avg city
