Offer for Axis Bank Kwik cardholders: From 00:00:00 am on 1st May 2024 to 11:59:59 pm on 10th May 2024, Axis Bank Kwik cardholders who spend ₹7,500 or more will receive 5x rewards on all their eligible spends.

Offer for other RuPay credit card holders: From 00:00:00 am on 1st May 2024 to 11:59:59 pm on 10th May 2024, other Rupay credit cardholders who spend ₹7,500 or more will receive 4x rewards on all their eligible spends.

Other Rupay Credit Cardholder are cardholders without an Axis Bank Kwik Credit Card

1. The above mentioned offers are only available to cardholders who qualify for such offer and follow the rules of the offer mentioned below:
   1. The Kiwi Rewards Rush Offer is exclusively for customers who have received the offer communication via a WhatsApp message on their registered number, a push notification, or a notification on Kiwi's mobile app. To avail of the KRR offer, cardholders can choose one of the following options:
      1. Click on "Apply Offer" in the KRR offer communication on WhatsApp.
      2. Respond with a "Activate Now" to the push notification through WhatsApp.
      3. Click on "Avail Now" on the KRR offer tile in the Kiwi mobile app.
   2. The offer is limited to one per customer.
      1. If a cardholder has multiple cards linked to their UPI ID on the Kiwi mobile app, the offer will apply only once, based on meeting the criteria with a single card.
      2. For cardholders with both an Axis Bank Kwik card and another Rupay card, the offer applies exclusively to the Axis Bank Kwik card.
      3. Total spends across multiple cards will not count toward the KRR offer; all criteria must be met on a single card.
   3. The KRR offer applies to new customers who download the app, provided that the offer is visible on the mobile app and they enroll through the Kiwi mobile app.
   4. The offer applies to customers whose total spending reaches ₹7,500 or more during the offer period.
   5. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the KRR offer and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
   6. The KRR offer shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered for the KRR offer. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
   7. Rewards under the KRR offer will be won in the form of “Kiwis” and 4 Kiwis will equal ₹1.
   8. Axis Bank Kwik cardholders will get:
      1. Default rewards i.e. 2 Kiwis for every Rs. 50 spend on Scan & Pay and 1 Kiwi for every Rs. 50 spend via online transactions on every successful transaction immediately upon completion of successful transaction.
      2. Incremental rewards of 8 Kiwis for every Rs. 50 spend on Scan & Pay and 4 Kiwis for every Rs. 50 spend via online transactions will be credited within 3 working days from the end of the campaign date.
   9. Other Rupay card holders will get:
      1. Default rewards i.e. 1 Kiwis for every Rs. 100 on every successful transaction immediately upon completion of successful transaction.
      2. Incremental rewards of XX Kiwis for every Rs 100 will be credited within 3 working days from the end of the campaign date.
   10. Other Rupay card holders will get:
       1. Default rewards i.e. 1 Kiwis for every Rs. 100 on every successful transaction immediately upon completion of successful transaction.
       2. Incremental rewards of XX Kiwis for every Rs 100 will be credited within 3 working days from the end of the campaign date.
   11. Overall cashback is capped at INR 1,000 (4,000 Kiwis) per Axis Bank Kwik cardholder for the offer and INR 500 (2000 Kiwis) per other Rupay card users.
2. Cardholder spends in the below merchant categories will be excluded from the offer milestone calculation:
   1. Repayments
   2. Fuel
   3. Jewellery
   4. Cash Withdrawal
   5. Wallet Load
   6. Insurance
   7. Education
   8. Government Services
   9. Rent
   10. Utilities
   11. EMI
   12. Purchases converted to EMI Post-Facto
   13. Payment of Card Fees & Other Charges
   14. Service Stations
   15. Any merchant which as per internal records of the Bank or Kiwi is promoting/ enabling unfair usage of credit cards or cash encashment.
3. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
4. In case of a dispute in relation to the eligibility, availability and refunds and all the aspects discussed in the Terms & Conditions above, the final decision lies with the Kiwi.
5. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the KRR offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
6. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary and cardholders may choose to not participate in any offer.
7. For purposes of clarity, Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any cardholder.
8. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Cardholders should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
