import of the filters will make u happy , ali express site gives 2 filters at 500Ra
Such a cheap price and no comments
vu……………….very gud rate for ro+uv purifier
price is good, but it doesnt have a sediment and carbon filter(just looking at the pic) like kent RO
would suggest people to compare and then purchase, looks tempting but being sure is good…
Service, recurring costs unknown!
VU for find.

Don’t think and RO/UV will work without sediment and carbon filter. Cost of both these filters taken together is not more than 800 (for Kent). So for this model, am sure price of both will not be more than RS 200 so don’t hunk manufacturer will give same without above filters. But as you said its always better to check before buying.

Thanks, but does Nautica have a good presence in India ? Never heard!
Add Rs.300 to 700 as installation charges.
Three things are key
RO Membrane : Filmtech/Vontron 75 gpd
UV Light : Philips 11"
Pump : Kemflo
rest all are filters all chinese with different names. Carbon, sediment, prefilter, Anti scallened come in sets as a combo.
If he is giving this in this price it is steal.

Company has almost nil presence in India…..such products are dependent on after sales service.

True I have experienced kent and there after sales service sucks too and I live in heart of Delhi. Central Delhi still
don’t jump into it just because of the price first find out about the company.
anyone know if the company also goes by a different name, it maybe a good company but i don’t know I can’t find it in reviews list

Oh….unless one is sure of after sales, such products could well turn out to be like cheap inkjet printers with heavily priced cartridges!
Risky affair….if after sales turns out good, its a good deal. Otehrwise it could be 5k down the drain.

After sales service can either be Done from company or any 3rd party in your city. Just call up just dial and ask you want water purifiers service agent in your city and you will start getting calls from them.

Tried calling….NO. switched off.
I’ve already suffered at the hands of IFB service & even eureka Forbes is not good. For a new entrant in the market with limited presence, its a very tricky affair!

Good find..:-}
I have a 5 year old KENT water purifier (RO+UV)
I pay annual service/maintenance charges of approx RS 3800 which covers free service for 1 year and replacement of all parts at free of cost (in case anything gets damaged) for one year.
(2 filters and 1 membrane of Kent costs approx 3000 RS in case needs to be bough and replaced)
This time planning to buy this nautica and not renew annual contract with KENT.
Any suggestions
