yes it definitely suites me, KENT company rate for EACH MEMBRANE is Rs.350/- rupees if bought Directly & if you do it via a franchisee then its Rs.2200/- per membrane.

and if you buy it outside KENT & PIMPS then it comes out to Rs.650/- for the 3 set membrane.

I do not care if you have spent 10 times the money which I have spent ……… just do not try to justify that you are rich.

Don’t tink you have ever used any branded items…..somebody fooled you if he has given you set of 3 in RS 650 (especially including membrane) claiming ORIGNAL Kent products………not at all trying to justify that I am rich and somebody is fool……anyways be happy with your set of 3 in RS 650 (ORIGNAL)

please not that the service network not available any where. the manufacturer is from Rajasthan, hope he can not even provide service to his native place also. Do not think of warranty six months, you will not get even installation at your place.

this is review
1.the ABS plastic quality is not good the tank is very lite weight difficult to hold water and unit weight on wall hanging
2 No alarm system for UV and filter/membrane nothing visual and audible device is installed.
3. electrical build quality : only two power supplies one is tube chock and another is for booster pump. booster pump supply is used for solenoid and pressure switch.no sensing elements or no protection device or no 90 sec. timer to delay the water to warm up the UV lamp. wires are messed up with joints with twisting wires and insulation tape ever ware. No proper sleeving and safe connectors.
4. there is no UF mode which is important. the water is directly feeded to out put through TDS flow switch allowing all impurities through VU lamp up to 3 minutes warm up time.
5.the unit is damaged the most of parts because they sent surface transport my motor and other housing clamps are broken in to paces. no guide or book let. equipment leaking heavy because of bracken tube locks in transit.
6. packing quality of spares which requires to install are put in tank with out packing in poly thin bags. may not reach you. the tank and unit screwed with two small tiny screws brock out and separated both in transit and need to fix with fevyquick.
I am awaiting Brocken spare parts replacements from snapdeal after getting it I will up date the thread with quality of water and other things
the membrane is made by china.

the membrane is made by china.

I would suggest take AMC from any local water purifier vendor (justdial is one good option to find them). They off package of approx 1000, 2000 and 3000 offering different options.
Even if you take package of 1000 (ony service but no parts replacement), they will install it for free and will give you service free of cost for one year whenever you require (for problems like leakages, etc). Still you end up having RO for 6000 when compared to 150000 for Kent. Agree it might not be as good as kent but see the price difference also.

THIS IS IN INTEREST OF THE DIMERS & BUYERS WHO HAVE BROUGHT THIS PRODUCT.

as you guys must be enjoying the posts …. but jokes apart … I want to clearly state that when I contacted the service guys to replace my membrane, they quoted me Rs.2200/- per membrane and if I buy 2 of them then its almost equal to the cost of a new machine.

I called up the service guys again & asked them to explain the same, to which they disconnected the phone without any explanation.

second …. I contacted the CONSUMER COURT personally with the bill & recorded Phone conversation with the service people & brought them into notice about the same.

Got the written complaint receipt stamped & verified from the consumer court & shipped it to Kent, then later I was contacted by KENT within 48 hours & they agreed to replace the membrane.

Hence I got the 3 set Kent membrane and did it all by myself, just few screws off, 2 pipes for each membrane & clip it & one is done in a minute.
