Created User ID on secondary account holder mobike and now debit card is showing to me on this new ID, it was first time I created joint account so didn’t know such things

I am also facing the debit card online trxn issue after opening of account…complained many times but no solution…bin number of my debit card is 405338 .. told this to their debit card IT team also…but no resolution yet since one month.. taking out all the money from partner account
Same BIN for all. Seems like RBI is the only way moving forward. Since my query was raised yesterday and escalated to level 2 today, I would like to give them 2 days for resolution then we will move forward with nodal and RBI and everything. I have enough time to deal with them. So hopefully everyone’s card gets cleared for online transactions soon.
drupal even twitter support is of no use. Let us complaint to rbi ombudsman. Its a major blunder commuted by the bank it has to punished as in the case like HDFC.prem4998
it’s difficult to believe these big banks are unable to handle a joint account product.
I was considering opening this account but will hold until this online transaction problem is resolved.

changed my card through branch..got card with same 405338 BIN number..same issue persisting..
Nodal team took 15 days just for asking me to try on different website and upload the error message. I have never seen such a clueless disgusting service @prem4998

Facing the same issue of both DCs not working online and also offline. Only ATM works. Had raised ticket via customer care twice and both were closed without any resolution and any remark. Raised again with branch RM, after many days got back to me saying to try on online ecommerce sites like Flipkart whereas I had actually tried on Flipkart and Amazon and had sent them the screenshots before on the same ticket. Absolutely clueless and responding with standard responses like try on online sites, set transaction limits in the app, etc. I wanted to replace the card but seems like new cards are of the same bin number.
We have to collectively file the complaint at the same time
What are the locker charges in NCR?
They were asking me for a minimum investment of 50k for locker that to in an Investment Linked Life Insurance product from Tata AIA FG plan ( the plan was for investing 50k annually for like 7 to 12 years with minimal returns ) . I declined.

Now they have opened all cards for e-commerce you can check and use it
And Yes my all cards are working i.e. Both Visa signature cards are working fine on paytm and mobikwik
Yes, all cards should be working now. My RM told me around 15 cards were erroneous as per Visa.
Applied yesterday providing the check. Bank representative mentioned that she can talk to her manager and get locker free for first year if i take a small investment plan.completed the process without any questions,once I mentioned that offer also includes first year free locker facility.
Got a SMS that they have shared application summary and details to my email.Havent received that email though.

Got the starter kit today with visa signature card.What’s surprising is the starter kit states that average quarterly balance requirement is 100000/-

U will get a welcome call, can confirm there. Or else your monthly statement will mention that. If not, then your branch official might have made a mistake of not applying the offer code during the onboarding process.
Since i hold Indusind Iconia Credit Card since many years i have been getting mails and notifications to open savings account with some cashback offer. I didn’t want to open partner account so i went ahead and tried to open account online. Actually I was not going to open but was trying so that i drop the process mid way and i receive the call to complete the process and then i could clear my doubts. During the entire process it kept showing go back and continue option and on the 2nd last page also it was showing continue and go back option. I tapped on continue and it took me to the initial funding page and there was no option to go back. I left it as it is and the page later expired.
Now problem is i selected signature debit card mistakenly due to which it automatically changed the account variant to select savings. Customer Care is clueless. They are saying that DC is LTF but on MAB they are giving vague answers like MAB is not showing and blah blah. They are not even aware of 1/2
the offer they were sending me for opening the account. Now can anyone confirm if the account variant can be changed? Which variant is best with low MAB & low DC charges? Indusind is having so many account variants that i got confused which variant to go for.
Indus delite savings account zero balance but dc charges is 500 i think but u can request for a lower variant dc which has 250 or 300rs charges
opened partner account today by keeping father as primary account holder, Initially they told father-son relationship is not possible then they made some calls (after telling them as per TnC father-son relation is also eligible) and confirmed it’s possible
hope everything goes well. officer said it would take 3-4 days for the account to be active as they have to send cheque to Coimbatore for clearance
Is is possible to have minor son as partner? like father-minor son?
My case is both cards working on ATM but not on online. Raised a support ticket with social media team. Hopefully we can expect a reply from them tomorrow. @drupal @Vaastav @beawre1
