account opened on 30th May, but haven't received the monthly statement yet , @mailsandeepkris485 - have you got any statements yet?
i opened on the last day and in my statement shows : Balance Requirement :Zero, Special Waiver
received times prime code .. what is the validity of that ?
Finally got a call from indusind bank their IT team admitted that issue is not only for you but for many people some code was missing in the system and now problem is rectified, from next cycle onwards you won't be charged for non maintenance, it was an exhaustive journey dealing with indusind bank from February to August just escalation after escalation, now please someone raise the issue of rewards points redemption
Check your statement guys the so called Signature card sent to you is showing as classic card that's the reason no one is able to redeem points sharaabi Indusind team tricked again and these drunk fools trying to fool system by showing it as classic card to make it free,
In short we got a card useless than classic
Also the points shown in statement is matching with my classic card points
Anybody able to redeem Reward Points for Cash?? So Far Only Indusmoments working for me and they just have Lifestyle and Titan Gift Cards there.
