Yes really easy to install 4 or 8GB ram stick, remove 2 screws on the back and just insert it into the slot and it clicks into place.. Comes with a samsung 4GB 16CL ram stick which are expensive.. But you can get cl17 8G sticks for 5600.. or 4000 for 4GB.. The CL16 8GB sticks are like 7500 or more.. I was looking at the DDR3 on the old asus laptop and they had CL of 8 and 9… So double the latency for less than double speed increase in RAM access…

Ah the review above also says this Asus is probably compensating it with an M.2 SSD slot which can take upto 256GB SSD drive.

NVMe M2 SSD’s can only go to a max of 256GB in size.. the AHCI SSD’s can go to 512GB or higher..

Our review unit also had a 1TB internal drive spinning at 5400rpm, but there is an m.2 slot on the motherboard which will allow you to use an NVMe based SSD (max 256GB) to speed up the system. Asus also offers an SKU with the Nvidia MX110 with 2GB of graphics memory, but our unit did not have that.

I was able to register the warranty for 1499. Had to use firefox as the site asuspromo.in was failing for chrome and IE

now I want to install M.2 SSD, I’m confuse which one to buy, and is it possible I can upgrade on myself or I need to visit some professional person for the same?

I did the same. Technician came for repairing and I told him to replace SSD as well.
Regarding SSD suggestion, my recommendation would Samsung Evo 860/870 series. A little costly but worth the price and performance.
