My application rejected even when my cashback card generated in their system, I knew because they tried to do token registration on new card & I got alert sms with last 4 digits stating card is not active for transaction yet.
one vkyc, 3 verification calls & 2 cibil hit. seems they are intentionally rejecting existing users now
I don't know what really this SBI fools are trying to convey....

24 hrs have passed since I received “simply click the link to view your card details” “card is being sent and will reach in 5 days” unfortunately link still shows “sorry! You cannot avail this service at the moment”
Twitter help support is as helpless and clueless.

Anyone able to use above given credit limit in cashback card? They are not allowing me to use above given limit. If i person get 10000 limit so can he use only 10k in a month ?

Right now, keeping both. Will see how to manage fee reversal for cashback card first and then will think of Simplyclick. Atleast we are getting one year of breathing time and patience for devaluation of this card.
I also didn't receive any SMS about dispatch (card approval msg with virtual card came on 17th), today morning got SMS from Blue Dart that it is out for delivery and it was delivered few minutes ago. Got to know from tracking number that It was dispatched yesterday.
Received msg that we need 11 days to process the application, but when I checked the status on Sunday(18sept) on sbi website, it says the application was rejected due to internal policy.
I sent an email to the nodal officer seeking the reason why my application was rejected, I received a reply from him on Monday that my query belongs to sbi card dept, and he forwarded my mail to a concerned person.
The next day, today, I received a msg from SBI saying welcome to the SBI family you generate your virtual card from the following link. I don't think the nodal officer would have acted this fast, and they would have approved a rejected application. What I think is the status they are showing might not be exact. So if the same is the case with others too, you might end up receiving your card.
Also, when I tried opening the link mentioned in the msg, it gave me an error. In such a situation, Install the SBI card app and then click on that link, you will be able to see your virtual card, limit and all other details
For Existing SBI card holders, whose card got approved and dont know the credit limit. Pls follow the below steps:
1.Add +919004022022 to whatsapp and send a HI.
2. Send MENU and choose 2 for Outstanding Balance in next menu.
3. It will show the details of your first SBI card. Then type OTHER and send.
4. Here it will show all you SBI cards including new CASHBACK card. Choose the required card and see the Outstanding Balance to know your Credit limit.
Finally recieved the physical card yesterday and able to use it now 😀

Mine also same, yesterday received 11days msg but after that in tracking it's showing as rejected

Applied on - 1st September
Physical kyc - 8th September
Verification call - 9th September
11 days message - 10th September
9 days message - 16th September
5 days message -20th September (Today)
Showing under progress on app and tracking link.
I don't think i will get it before sale.
Finally delivered, no verification calls after VKYC (10th sept).
I don't know if employees share the numbers of those who have applied for a Credit Card or what. I am getting a flood of spam calls from all kinds of banks for Credit Cards.
I am really regretting applying for this card.
