Long process, keep writing email demanding exact reason for rejection. Finally one day @ nodal level you'll get reason being you already hold simply save that's y not eligible for cashback card. Then again keep writing mail stating many of my friends got this card inspite of having SimplyClick card. & ask them to point if that's mentioned in cashback tnc.. After long struggle they'll approve your card. (if already sbicard holder was the reason)
Got this card but limit only 30K. I have 1L limit in simplyclick card. How do i transfer the limit ?
@gs619 , Call the customer care. they will easily shift balance from simply click to Cashback card. i have done it. hardly takes 5 minutes on call , instantly updates the balance on-call itself

Does SBI not issue CC to retired persons and/or those above 65 years of age? Applied for an SBI CC on behalf of my father for the first time ever a few days back and it was rejected due to internal policies. Salary account with SBI since forever. CIBIL was just over 800 prior to applying for Axis MZ CC few months back.
AFAIK, no bank allows credit card application 65 yrs and above.
I had tried to apply for my Dad from Icici, Sbi etc and I wasn't able to proceed with the application itself after entering his DOB.

Just received this message "Dear Cardholder, your credit card has been approved and will reach you in 7 working days." I applied for cashback cc a month ago and it was in process ever since until I complained to nodal and p nodal and CC application got processed in 2 days and got approval message.
I already have 4 months old simply click cc.
Old cc limit is same...new cashback cc showing new limit.
